Prices are fully inclusive of VAT & Free Next Day Delivery! Brand new stock, complete with battery, charger and instructions. Orange phones come with a 3 year warranty and a 1 year comprehensive insurance policy. Should your phone become faulty at any time within the 3 year warranty period, Orange will deliver a replacement handset to your door normally within 2 hours, always within 24 hours. Beware of non-direct dealers!
All Orange phones subject to connection to the Orange Network. No phone will be despatched until authorisation has been given by Orange.
Non-Direct Dealers
Some people may have seen Orange Phones advertised as prices that seemed just too good to be true - well guess what, they almost certainly are!
Orange have recently been forced by OFTEL to supply new Service Providers with phone stocks and Orange Network time. This has resulted in, for example, UniqueAir and Motorola Telco being able to offer Orange phones at very low prices.
The catch, though, is that you are not dealing directly with Orange! For example you will not receive any insurance or 3 year warranty with your new phone and you certainly won't get any 24 hour replacement should your handset become faulty.
This means that if your phone breaks down you will probably have to send it away to be repaired, and be without a phone for the duration! Other grey areas are Itemised Billing, Direct Debit and future new Orange tariffs...
Let the buyer beware - We have already had a Uniqueair customer contact us after their Orange phone had been stolen and only then have they discovered that they are not covered by the Orange Insurance, and have had to pay 350 ukp + VAT for a replacement phone! We strongly recommend that potential Orange Subscribers check, before they place an order, that their supplier is a Direct Orange Dealer.
